Delivery details for digital software licenses and downloads.

1. Digital Delivery

BizDeskSoft products are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is normally made. Customers receive license information by email and can download the installer from the website or support page.

2. Delivery Timeline

Demo licenses are usually generated immediately after request. Paid licenses are generated after successful payment verification. Email delivery may take a few minutes depending on the mail provider.

3. Installer Download

The latest installer is available from the support page or customer license page. Customers are responsible for downloading and installing the software on supported Windows systems.

4. Non-Receipt of Email

If you do not receive the license email, check spam/junk folders and then contact support with your registered email and order number.

5. Implementation or Training

Any implementation, migration, customization, or training service is separate from digital license delivery unless expressly included in the purchased plan or written proposal.
